PRE-PAID ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. A cancellation fee of 10% of the paid amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to reflect in your account. After 24 hours, orders are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
- Since all Mirana outfits are made to order, we do not offer exchanges based on customer preference (e.g., size, color, or style).
- An exchange or store credit will only be provided in the rare case that a defective or incorrect item has been delivered. This will be applicable only if the product is unused, undamaged, and reported within 48 hours of receipt. Requests made after this time will not be entertained.
- We do not offer refunds.
- We do not offer exchange or refund for international customers.
- For international orders delivered within Pakistan, the recipient must check and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this period, Mirana will not be responsible for exchanges, refunds, chargebacks, or compensation.
- No exchange or refund will be offered on unstitched, ready-to-ship, discounted, Instant Delivery or customized orders.
NOTE:
- Order changes can only be made within 72 hours of purchase.
- We encourage customers to carefully select outfits, sizes, and colors before confirming their orders to avoid inconvenience later.
- Exchange time of any order will be 2-3 weeks.
SHIPMENT / DISPATCH TIME
- Local Orders (Pret): 2 – 3 weeks + 3 – 4 business days for delivery
- Luxury Pret: 4-6 weeks
- International Orders (Pret & Luxury Pret): 4-6 weeks + 3 – 4 business days for delivery
- Studio Orders: 2 weeks
- Wholesale Orders: 4 – 5 weeks
SHIPMENT CHARGES
- All international orders may be subject to taxes, duties, surcharges, or additional fees (if applicable).
- These charges depend on multiple factors including country of delivery, item value, and local customs policies. Since customs policies vary, Mirana has no control over these costs and cannot predict them in advance.
- Any additional charges must be paid by the customer in order for the package to clear customs.
- Mirana holds no responsibility for these charges and will not entertain chargebacks, disputes, or refund claims arising from non-payment of customs duties or taxes.
NOTE
- If you add an additional item to a Ready to Ship (RTS) order, the entire order will follow the standard dispatch timeline for Pret/Luxury Pret.
- If you wish to receive the RTS item separately, additional shipping charges will apply.
- Orders consisting only of an RTS item will be dispatched within 48 hours.
